Carlson Gracie Team MMA - Minooka Schedule Change

Minooka, Illinois (IL) — Carlson Gracie Team MMA - Minooka has changed its schedule for classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Tuesday and Thursday nights now feature a program for adults which includes three half hour blocks covering the disciplines of Wrestling, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) / Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). In addition to the new program on Thursday nights, Carlson Gracie Team MMA - Minooka is also moving its entire Saturday class schedule from the afternoon to the morning.

The Arnolds Sports Festival Results

COLUMBUS, OHIO – This past weekend, Carlson Gracie Team MMA was well represented at The Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio. Great job to all those who particiated. We came away with three gold medals, four silver medals and two bronze medals in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu division.
