The Carlson Gracie Team MMA – Aurora/Naperville facility also offers an array of programs—almost 20 a week! We offer complete MMA training programs including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai and Wrestling. We provide programs for kids, teens and adults, and we offer both Saturday and evening classes, too.

Carlson Gracie Tem MMA – Aurora/Naperville is housed in a high-energy competitive environment, which makes it an incredibly unique place to train and learn mixed martial arts. Located just north of I-88, slightly east of Farnsworth Avenue (also known as Kirk Road), and just south of Butterfield Road (also known as Route 56) the Carlson Gracie Team MMA – Aurora/Naperville facility opened at the beginning of 2010.
As a proud partner of Carlson Gracie mixed martial arts, with Carlson Gracie known as the founding father of MMA, our facility has tons to offer. With the ability to train belt-winning amateur and professional mixed martial arts fighters, Carlson Gracie Team MMA – Aurora/Naperville welcomes members from all age groups and genders. Our sizeable training facility includes a full size UFC-style octagon, which is also known as a cage. Additionally, we have an enormous amount of space dedicated to wrestling mats, as well as heavy bags, speed bags and other equipment used for training.
With the popularity and quick growth of MMA, which was popularized by the UFC, WEC and Strikeforce, Carlson Gracie Team MMA – Aurora/Naperville is designed for those interested in being a professional fighter, those who have an interest in the sport and those who want to be fit and have fun at the same time.
